The profile is approved and translated within maximum period of 48 hours (weekdays). After approval you will receive an email notification.

Each time you receive a new lead in your account, you will receive a email notification. To view the messages access your customer area and click on “Messages”.

Our translators work very hard during working hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to be as expeditious as possible in the translation of your messages. However there is a 2h delay between the reception of the message by our German Desk and translation.

The user can upgrade (or downgrade) the subscription to the most appropriate plan at any time. To make this change must access his client area and choose the “Change Subscription” option.

Payments are made through the Meo Wallet system, so your data is always protected. The Meo Wallet system allows you to make payments through ATM Refund, Credit Card or Meo Wallet Credit.

After registering your company you can access your reserved area and configure your profile with all available elements:

No, the translation of documents such as contracts, proposals or others is an additional service, taxed by amount of words. The plans include translation of the exchanged contact emails through the platform and translation company profile in German and English (with a montly 750 words limit)

The German Desk is only included in the Premium plan, however it can be purchased as an additional service module.

To cancel your subscription to access your client area and choose the “Change Subscription” and click “Unsubscribe”.
